Alana La Rose is a Memphis-born singer-songwriter bringing warmth, honesty, and lived experience to Adult Contemporary R&B. Rooted in gospel and shaped by soul, her music explores the many layers of womanhood—from love, marriage, intimacy, and desire to heartbreak, faith, self-worth, healing, and the courage it takes to begin again.

After discovering her voice in the church at an early age, Alana carried her love for music with her even as life led her toward family, career, and building a world beyond the stage. Now, she returns to music with something she couldn't have possessed in those earlier years—the perspective of a woman who has lived.
